Remedy Home Health Care in Los Angeles County is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our home health team. This per diem role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to deliver skilled therapy to seniors in patients' homes and community settings.

You will conduct in-home evaluations, develop personalized rehab plans, and collaborate with nurses, case managers, and physicians to improve mobility, independence, and safety for geriatric patients.

Qualifikationen

• Requires California licensure as Physical Therapist.
• CPR Certification (AHA) required.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience; home health preferred.
