Job summary

Well Care Home Health of the Piedmont, Inc. is seeking a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant to work under the Clinical Manager and a licensed physical therapist in North Carolina.

You will provide individualized patient care across all ages from adolescents to geriatrics, following established policies and guidelines. Responsibilities include administering prescribed PT treatments, assisting with program development, and documenting care per agency procedures.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Licensure to practice in NC/SC; CPR certification.
• Minimum 6 months of PTA experience.
• Valid NC driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
• Ability to operate physical therapy equipment and assistive devices.

Responsibilities

• Administers prescribed physical therapy treatments to patients in all stages of life.
• Assists with program development and discipline-specific operations.
• Documents information per agency policies and guidelines.
