Job summary

Well Care Home Health of the Triad, Inc. is seeking a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant to administer prescribed PT treatments and support program operations.

The role requires an Associate Degree and licensure in NC or SC, plus CPR certification and a minimum of six months' experience. Candidates should be proficient with goniometers, modalities, assistive devices, and exercise equipment, capable of safe patient transfers, and able to document care per agency guidelines.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate Degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Licensure in NC or SC and CPR certification.
• Minimum 6 months clinical/field experience as PTA.
• Knowledge of physical therapy procedures and equipment.
• Ability to transfer and guard patients safely.
• Strong interpersonal and professional communication.
• Physical ability for standing/walking and lifting over 50 lbs.
• Ability to learn and use computer systems and documentation.
• Attention to agency policies and guidelines.
• Commitment to patient satisfaction and program goals.
• Must have NC driver's license and access to vehicle.
