Job summary

Well Care Home Health of the Piedmont, Inc. seeks a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant to work under the supervision of a Clinical Manager and a licensed PT.

You will administer PT treatments across life stages, assist with program development, and document in agency systems, while upholding policies and guidelines. Requires an Associate Degree from an accredited PTA program and NC/SC licensure, CPR, and a valid NC driver's license.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate Degree from an accredited physical therapy assistant program.
• Licensure / Certifications: Licensure in the state where providing therapy (NC/SC); CPR certification.
• Experience: Minimum 6 Months.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to deal with the public, co-workers, patients, families, and physicians in a professional manner.
• Essential Physical Requirements: Standing and walking, lifting, transfers, and occasional climbing.
