A local therapy provider in California is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for home health services in South San Diego. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in physical therapy, preferably home health.
• Valid California Physical Therapist License.
• Current CPR certification, TB Test, and Professional Liability Insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one physical therapy services in patients' homes.
• Assess and develop individualized treatment plans.
