Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home physical therapy tailored to patients' needs.
• Assess balance, strength, range of motion, and home safety.
• Conduct approximately 2–3 visits per patient weekly.

Skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work independently

Education

Active California Physical Therapist license

Current CPR certification

Physical exam within the past year

Negative TB test
