This role is vital for delivering in-home therapy to patients recovering from surgery or managing chronic conditions. Qualifications

• Must possess a valid California Physical Therapist license.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Must pass a physical exam within the last year.
• A negative TB test must be provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home physical therapy for patients recovering from surgery.
• Focus on balance, strength, range of motion, and home safety.
• Conduct 45-minute sessions, usually 2–3 visits per patient weekly.
• Document sessions and track progress using user-friendly software.
• Manage a caseload of 1 to 7 patients weekly based on availability.

Education

Active California Physical Therapist license
