Unifi Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Field Nurse to deliver patient-centered care at clients' homes across the United States. You will assess needs, administer medications, monitor vitals, and coordinate with the care team to ensure safety and quality of life.

The role requires a current RN or LPN license, a reliable personal vehicle, and strong English communication. Travel is a core part of the position, with a flexible schedule and weekend coverage as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Licensed registered nurse (RN) or licensed practical nurse/licensure (LPN/LVN).
• Valid nursing license and ability to travel to client homes.

Aufgaben

• Provide comprehensive, patient-centered care per care plans.
• Monitor vital signs, document findings, and administer medications as prescribed.
• Support activities of daily living and mobility.
