Crystal View Capital / Osprey Management seeks a Mobile Home Community Maintenance Technician to maintain homes, common areas, and facilities within the community. You will perform routine and emergency maintenance, respond to resident requests, and coordinate with vendors to keep the property safe and functional.

The role offers an hourly wage of $20–$22 with potential bonuses, a 401(k) plan, and health benefits.

Formación

• 2-3 years of general maintenance experience.
• Able to work independently and with minimal supervision.
• Willing to work in all outdoor conditions – rain, heat etc.
• Outstanding time management and organizational skills.
• Flexible schedule with weekend availability for emergencies.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license and clean background required.
• On call for emergency maintenance and must be reachable by cell phone.

Responsabilidades

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on mobile homes, community buildings, and common areas.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general property upkeep.
• Inspect and maintain community infrastructure, including roads, lighting, and utility connections.
• Conduct seasonal maintenance such as winterizing homes and servicing irrigation systems.
• Respond promptly to resident maintenance requests and complete repairs quickly.
• Repair home exteriors including roofing, skirting, siding, porches, and decks; address interior needs.
• Prepare vacant homes for new residents with cleaning and updates.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of common areas, landscaping, sidewalks, and recreational spaces.
• Perform groundskeeping tasks and ensure proper trash disposal.
• Identify safety hazards to maintain a secure environment.
• Coordinate with vendors for specialized repairs and large projects.
• Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and store tools properly.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Maintain records of completed work, requests, and inspections.
