Job summary

Boulder County Housing Department seeks a Special Projects Manager (Mobile Home Communities) to coordinate county resources for mobile home residents and align programs across departments. The role reports to the Division Manager of Homeless Systems and Coordinated Response and leads grants, contracts, and outreach efforts.

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience leading mobile home community, affordable housing, low-income, and/or under-resourced community initiatives.
• Background check required.
• Driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead project initiation, planning, execution, and closure for multiple grants and initiatives.
• Coordinate with vendors, internal partners, and funding sources to meet milestones.
• Develop relationships with internal customers and third‑party vendors.
• Monitor budgets, contracts, reporting, and reimbursement activities.
• Lead cross‑department collaboration to fund home upgrades and connect residents to services.
• Oversee MHC outreach, policy alignment, and program evaluation.
