Job summary

Western Rock Products, a CRH Company, seeks a Lube Service Technician to support maintenance of heavy equipment, trucks, and mobile machinery in Utah. You will perform preventative services, lubrication, fluid changes, inspections, and document service activities.

The role requires reading maintenance schedules, safety compliance, and collaborating with mechanics. Valid CDL/HazMat endorsements are a plus; a strong safety mindset and ability to work independently are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read maintenance schedules and service manuals.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Commitment to workplace safety and safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on heavy equipment and trucks.
• Change engine oil, hydraulic fluids, transmissions, and filters.
• Lubricate components and inspect equipment for leaks and wear.
• Inspect tires, brakes, lights, and other critical parts.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and report issues.
• Assist mechanics with repairs and maintain a clean work area.
• Follow safety procedures and operate service trucks safely.
• Adapt to varying tasks and support maintenance needs.
