Job summary

Drm-Inc is seeking a reliable Heavy Equipment Lube Technician to perform preventative maintenance on heavy construction and mining equipment. The role requires travel to job sites across Wyoming and South Dakota to conduct inspections and routine maintenance.

Training may be provided for qualified applicants with prior lube or equipment maintenance experience. The position is field-based with shifts varying 8-12 hours, night work, and potential out-of-town assignments.

Qualifications

• Valid class B CDL with ability to obtain hazmat.
• Ability to work independently and complete tasks efficiently.
• Ability to lift or pull up to 50 lbs and work in confined spaces around heavy equipment.
• Must wear PPE including goggles, face shields, and gloves.
• Basic hand-tools and trades-tools proficiency.
• General mechanical knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company service trucks, pull trailers, and handle equipment.
• Review maintenance reports and schedules to plan preventive service tasks.
• Travel to local job sites to perform maintenance and inspections.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance including inspections, fluid checks/replacements, filter changes, tire pressure checks, wear item measurements, lubrication, and cleaning.
• Complete accurate paper logs and digital reports.
• Help monitor and maintain inventory of parts, tools, and supplies.
• Follow supervisor directions and work as part of a team.
• Keep work areas and vehicles clean and well-maintained.
• Follow safety and environmental policies and regulations.
