Job summary

Burningham Mining Group seeks a Service Technician - Grease and Lube Heavy Equipment to perform lubrication and maintenance on a variety of machinery. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and maintaining preventative maintenance practices to maximize equipment longevity.

The ideal candidate has knowledge of lubrication systems, strong mechanical aptitude, and can communicate findings effectively while working both independently and on a team. CDL preferred and physical labor is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of heavy equipment to assess lubrication requirements.
• Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication of moving parts as per manufacturer specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed, including fluid types and quantities used.
• Identify and report any maintenance or safety issues found during inspections.
• Assist in troubleshooting mechanical problems and provide recommendations for repair or service.
• Ensure all tools and equipment are maintained in good working condition and report any repairs needed.
• Follow all safety protocols and practices while performing maintenance and service tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients by communicating findings and recommendations effectively.
• Stay updated with industry advancements, best practices, and safety regulations.
• Assist with training and mentoring junior technicians as needed.
