Empower Rental Group in Dallas–Fort Worth is seeking a CEC Lube Technician to perform maintenance and repairs on heavy equipment at customer sites and in the field. You will conduct mobile preventative maintenance and on-site service calls, promoting maintenance and repair services to customers.

Ideal candidates are mechanically skilled, self-motivated, and comfortable engaging with customers to recommend service solutions; a valid license and experience in hydraulic, powertrain, and electrical

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or technical degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of mechanical experience in the heavy equipment or construction industry.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills for both internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform general repair and preventative maintenance on all systems.
• Diagnose complex issues with heavy equipment powertrain, engine, hydraulic, and electrical systems using computer analyzers and traditional methods.
• Complete repairs to construction, aerial, and earthmoving machinery.
• Conduct detailed inspections to ensure equipment compliance and functionality.
• Repair or replace parts as required within the task constraints.
• May perform minor repairs on small fleet and assist other mechanics as needed.
