FleetPride, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Technician II to perform preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on class 7 and 8 trucks and trailers. The role involves shop work between service calls and possible after-hours on-call rotation at the Alabama location.

Responsibilities include inspecting vehicles, performing routine maintenance, repairing brakes and suspension, and troubleshooting electrical and fuel systems while maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required; diesel tech cert/degree a plus.
• 3+ years in repairing class 7 & 8 trucks/trailers; welding experience helpful.
• Air Brake Certification preferred or willing to obtain.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect vehicles to assess damage and determine repairs.
• Provide preventative maintenance recommendations to customers.
• Maintain 80% productivity and minimize comebacks.
• Perform routine maintenance: oil changes, lubrications, filters.
• Repair brakes (air, hydraulic, electric) and related components.
• Test drive and diagnose vehicle systems; troubleshoot suspensions and electricals.
