Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Health Screener contractor to perform biometric screenings at client sites, including finger sticks, BMI, and blood pressure, ensuring accuracy and on-time completion.

This independent contractor (1099) role offers field-based work with the potential to convert to a W2 per diem employee after criteria are met. Travel to events is required, and compliance with HIPAA/OSHA is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of healthcare experience preferred.
• Must adhere to safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform biometric screening at client sites including finger stick blood collection, BMI, Blood Pressure and other health screening services.
• Performs basic waived testing procedures on blood samples and completes quality control.
• Provide exceptional customer service at all health screenings.
• Maintains accurate, complete, and legible records.
• Participates in training and continuing education as necessary.
• Complies with HIPAA and OSHA standards; adheres to quality assurance procedures.
