Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is seeking an Health Screener to support field health screenings as an independent contractor. You will perform finger sticks, BMI, blood pressure checks and other health services at client sites with strict adherence to procedures.

The role emphasizes accurate documentation, quality control, exceptional customer service and ongoing training. Travel to events is required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of healthcare experience in a professional setting preferred.
• Must be able to perform health screenings and adhere to procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform biometric screenings at client sites (finger stick, BMI, blood pressure) and other health checks.
• Conduct basic waived testing and quality control on samples.
• Provide exceptional customer service at screenings.
• Maintain accurate, legible records and complete documentation.
• Participate in ongoing training and education programs.
• Follow safety policies, PPE requirements, HIPAA and OSHA rules.
• Travel to events and client sites as required.
