Terros Health is hiring an Arizona Licensed Registered Nurse for our Mobile Health Team in Mesa. This full-time role conducts nursing services across community settings, including shelters, schools, and outreach locations, to support primary care and behavioral health needs.

Ideal candidates have ADN orBSN considerations, RN license in AZ, and strong communication skills. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus; benefits include full medical, PTO, and 401(k) matching.

Qualificações

• ADN in nursing required; BSN preferred.
• Arizona RN license required; BLS required.
• Experience in primary care, behavioral health, community health, or mobile health preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide nursing services in an integrated healthcare setting.
• Engage with patients and coordinate care across the care team.
• Perform health assessments, vaccinations, point-of-care testing, and screenings.
• Coordinate referrals and transitions of care to support continuity.
• Maintain documentation of patient encounters on the same day of service.
• Support vaccination storage, infection control, and unit readiness.
