Mission Mobile Medical seeks a Community Engagement Coordinator to bridge access to care and strengthen partnerships with community-based organizations. The role coordinates mobile clinic site schedules, outreach activities, patient intake support, and representation at health events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in public health, health administration, social work, or related healthcare field.
• CHW certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in outreach, community engagement, or healthcare navigation.
• Experience fostering partnerships with community-based organizations.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with community-based organizations – including government agencies, non-profits, faith-based organizations, and academic institutions.
• Coordinate mobile clinic site schedules and ensure readiness of outreach locations.
• Conduct outreach and education in targeted communities to promote clinic services.
• Assist with patient intake support, appointment scheduling, and follow-up coordination.
• Represent the organization at community meetings, health fairs, and coalition events.
• Track outreach metrics (events held, participants at events, referrals received, partnerships).
