Job summary

BC Tech Pro is seeking a Computer Field Technician in South Boston, MA. You will perform hardware repairs and installations on laptops and desktops as part of warranty service.

Onboarding includes free Dell and Lenovo certifications. You must have reliable transportation and access to a computer with internet to log into the portal; tickets run Monday through Friday with pay per ticket.

Qualifications

• Prior experience with laptop and desktop hardware.
• Certification in Dell and Lenovo required; on onboarding, certifications provided.
• Must have reliable transportation to perform field visits.
• Must have access to a computer and the internet to log into the tech portal.

Responsibilities

• Perform hardware part replacements for Dell and Lenovo warranty services.
• Log into the tech portal and map out calls; accept tickets by 9 am each workday.
• Communicate with customers to confirm onsite service windows.
• Onboard parts will be provided and shipped back using provided labels.
