Raymour & Flanigan is seeking a Home Furniture Repair Technician to travel to customers’ homes and perform repairs on wood furniture, leather and fabric items. The role requires strong communication, time management and a professional in-home presence.

The position emphasizes safety, independent work, and potential sales of service and repair agreements. A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required, with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Formación

• Two years experience with wood furniture, leather, fabric & upholstery.
• Must maintain a cleared motor vehicle record and a valid driver’s license.
• Color matching & blending.
• Wood repairs including burn-ins & wood graining.
• Leather repairs including scuffs, holes and tears.
• Upholstery repairs including structural/mechanism replacements.
• Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on our customer delivery schedule.

• Organize and manage time independently.
• Perform additional functions that may be assigned at the discretion of management.

Physical Requirements:

• Making repairs to furniture requires lifting, bending, kneeling, stooping and moving furniture items to accommodate the repairs necessary to satisfy the customer.
• Ability to lift 50lbs.

Wage Range

$25 - $48 Hourly
