Job summary

Filta is seeking a Driver/Technician to support mobile fryer management services for commercial kitchen clients on an established route. The role centers on safely operating the van, MFU, and related equipment to deliver efficient service.

Reports to Franchise Owner and Lead Tech. Responsibilities include completing training, maintaining equipment and records, following schedules, communicating updates to staff, and upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Service related experience preferred.
• A valid Driver's license and good driving history.

Responsibilities

• Complete all training requirements, demonstrating proficiency in time management, account monitoring, and MFU repair and maintenance.
• Maintain knowledge of Filta MFU and ensure compliance with Filta franchise standards and policies.
• Keep van clean, stocked, and organized, requesting supplies as needed, and practice safety habits using provided equipment.
• Follow weekly schedules and perform FiltaFry and FiltaBio services according to established procedures.
• Maintain accurate service records, submit required reports and paperwork with integrity, and report any site changes or issues to the office.
• Communicate service updates and potential safety issues to kitchen staff, management, and supervisors.
• Keep work areas clean and safe, address spills promptly, and ensure client sites are clean after each service.
