Job summary

Filta - Smithfield, NC - Cleveland Rd is seeking a Service Technician to provide mobile fryer management services on an established route. The technician will safely operate the van, MFU and related equipment while delivering on-site service.

You report to the Franchise Owner and Lead Tech. The role requires a high school diploma, 0–1 years of experience, a valid driver’s license and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds. Training and advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
• 0–1 years of service related experience required.
• A valid Driver’s license and good driving history.

Responsibilities

• Operate van, MFU and related equipment safely and efficiently.
• Complete training requirements and demonstrate proficiency in time management and MFU repair/maintenance.
• Maintain van, stock, and organize supplies; practice safety.
• Follow schedules and perform FiltaFry, FiltaBio, and FiltaCool per procedures.
• Demonstrate service to customers and maintain high quality customer service.
