Job summary

Filta Environmental Kitchen Solutions is seeking a FiltaFry Technician in Bryan, TX for a mobile, on-site role servicing commercial kitchens. You will perform fryer oil filtration, cleaning, and safety checks while managing a route and maintaining a van stocked with equipment.

The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, the ability to work independently, and comfort with hot kitchen environments. A valid driver’s license and reliable work ethic are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work early mornings and manage an independent daily route.
• Comfortable in hot, commercial kitchen environments.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Mechanically inclined with ability to operate filtration equipment.
• Reliable, self-motivated, detail-oriented.
• Prior foodservice/route experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site fryer oil filtration and fryer management services at commercial kitchen accounts.
• Micro-filter cooking oil in deep fryers to extend oil life and improve food quality.
• Conduct fryer cleaning, maintenance, and safety inspections at each visit.
• Manage and maintain a mobile filtration van stocked with equipment and supplies.
• Build and maintain relationships with restaurant and foodservice clients.
• Document service visits, oil usage, and account activity accurately.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety protocols.
