Job summary

The Filta Group, Inc - USA is seeking a Technician to provide mobile fryer management services on an established route. You will safely operate the van, MFU, and related equipment, reporting to the Franchise Owner and Ops Manager.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, a high school diploma, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds. Benefits include free uniforms, flexible schedule, health and dental insurance, vision coverage, and profit sharing.

• Ability to stay up to date on service procedures
• Strong communication with kitchen staff and supervisors
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Must speak fluent English
• Must read a map
• Must lift up to 75 pounds

Responsibilities

• Operate van, MFU and related equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain knowledge of Filta MFU and franchise policies.
• Keep van clean, stocked, and organized; request supplies as needed.
• Perform FiltaFry, FiltaBio, and FiltaCool services per procedures.
• Demonstrate services to customers and maintain high-quality customer service.
• Record service data and submit reports to the office.
• Relay service updates and safety issues to kitchen staff and supervisors.
• Ensure work areas are clean and client sites are left tidy.
