Tri-county Community Action Agency seeks a site supervisor to coordinate and oversee mobile food distributions in Cumberland and Gloucester Counties, ensuring donations are allocated and records are accurately kept.

The role requires managerial experience, strong organizational skills, and a valid New Jersey driver’s license with a clean driving record. The candidate should be able to lift over 50 lbs and work independently in a community service setting.

Qualifications

• Must be willing and able to lift over 50 lbs.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
• Previous experience in a managerial position.
• New Jersey Driver’s License; Maintain a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise mobile food distributions in Cumberland and Gloucester Counties on a regular basis.
• Supervise the allocation of incoming food donations for both the mobile and permanent Gateway Food Pantry locations.
• Maintain clear communication with community partners to assess needs, address concerns, and measure results.
• Ensure adequate records and logs are maintained and properly filed.
• Oversee stocking of mobile pantry with food and ensure safety and efficiency of overall operation.
• Submit monthly reports as required.
