OakStar Bank seeks a Float Teller I to travel between branches, delivering teller services and exceptional customer support. You will process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and transfers with accuracy and compliance.

Ideal candidates have cash-handling or customer service experience, strong math skills, and a solid grasp of banking software. This role requires flexibility and the ability to work across multiple locations in Missouri and surrounding areas.

Formación

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field preferred.
• Cash-handling or customer service experience preferred.
• Basic banking terminology knowledge.
• Strong attention to detail with intermediate math skills.
• Knowledge of state and federal banking compliance regulations and policies.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and banking software.
• Ability to work overtime to assist customers, support team members, or meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers warmly and professionally; address inquiries and provide solutions.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, transfers, and loan payments accurately.
• Provide account balances, statements, and related information.
• Handle stop payments, holds, wire inquiries, and respond by phone or email.
• Ensure transactions are recorded and balanced daily; report discrepancies.
• Maintain cash drawer accuracy and count cash.
• Assist with night depository duties, safe deposit access, and vault cash management.
• Detect counterfeit money or suspicious activity and report promptly.
• Promote bank services and refer to appropriate departments.
• Adhere to bank policies and regulatory guidelines.
