Job summary

Epika Fleet Services, Inc. is seeking skilled tractor-trailer technicians for Fleet Mobile Maintenance. Join a family‑driven team using cutting‑edge tech to keep fleets safe and on the road, with on‑site mobile service and prompt pay.

You’ll diagnose and repair Class 8 tractors and trailers, perform preventative maintenance, and document work orders. Benefits include weekly pay, performance bonuses up to $700 biweekly, and opportunities for growth nationwide.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience repairing commercial tractors and trailers.
Valid Driver’s License with clean record.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
Comfortable using computers for billing and work orders.
Follows verbal and written work orders to stay on track with daily repairs.
Confident explaining a diagnosis over the phone and helping the customer decide next steps.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, diagnose, inspect and repair our customers Class 8 Commercial Tractors Trailers, their bodies, systems and components.
Writing detailed work orders - working Mobile Road Calls and/or In Yard.
Provide quality customer service, including responding promptly to client queries.
Performing preventative maintenance and inspecting, servicing, and replacing tractor and trailer parts, including tires, hubs, and axles, adjusting or replacing as required.
Checking and repairing the brake, electrical, and hydraulic system;Testing all systems and equipment for performance issues.
Ensuring that trailers meet the U.S. DOT's road safety requirements.
Compiling inspection reports, documenting repairs, and reporting all findings to management.
