The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Technician in Tulsa, OK. You will be the on-road expert delivering preventative maintenance and tire services for commercial trucks at our centers, with a focus on customer satisfaction and technical excellence.

Starting pay ranges from $25 to $32 per hour with DOE, and top performers can earn over $100k annually thanks to incentives. Benefits and ongoing training opportunities are provided as part of our comprehensive plan.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in commercial truck or light mechanical service required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver's license appropriate for the vehicle type and able to meet CDL/qualification requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and light maintenance on commercial vehicles (wheel end, brakes, air systems, etc.).
• Provide tire services including mounting, dismounting, and repairs.
• Uphold safety and liability policies to maintain a safe work environment.
• Collaborate with the mobile team to meet goals and deadlines.
• Perform physical tasks including lifting and prolonged standing/squatting.

About the Role: What will you do?

• Technical Expertise: Conduct preventative and light maintenance on commercial vehicles, focusing on various areas such as wheel end work, brakes, air systems, and more.
• Tire Service: Provide specialized tire services, including mounting, dismounting, and repairs.
• Safety: Uphold safety and liability policies, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment
• Work Together: Collaborate as part of a motivated team to meet organizational goals and deadlines.
• Physical: Perform a variety of manual tasks for extended periods of time, which may include light and heavy lifting, including commercial tires and wheels, standing, bending, and squatting.

Basic Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and at least 21 years of age.
• Must have one year of previous commercial truck or light mechanical service experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license for the type of vehicle required for the position and be able to meet commercial driver qualification requirements.
