Job summary

Pepsi Bottling Ventures, LLC is seeking a Mobile Fleet Technician Lead in Garner, NC, with extensive fleet maintenance experience and a CDL Class A license. The role involves leading a mobile maintenance crew, performing preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and on-site leadership across multiple locations including Rocky Mount, Goldsboro, Elizabeth City, and Garner.

You will travel regularly, supervise technicians, document service activities, and ensure safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Eight or more ASE certifications or more than ten years of fleet maintenance experience.
• CDL Class A license required.
• DOT physical must be obtained and maintained.
• Strong leadership and mentoring of technicians in field operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead mobile fleet maintenance across multiple sites.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on fleet equipment.
• Provide road call support and diagnostics in the field.
• Train and mentor technicians to improve team performance.
