Job summary

Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Fleet Technician C to join our team in Winston-Salem, NC. The role focuses on keeping our fleet safe and reliable through preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and timely repairs.

The candidate should have a high school diploma or GED, ASE/tech cert or 0-2 years experience, and strong skills with diesel, gasoline, propane systems, brakes, HVAC, and electrical systems. Basic tool use and driving ability are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• ASE certification/technical school cert or 0-2 years related experience required.
• Ability to diagnose and repair diesel, gasoline, and propane fuel systems.
• Know-how on air, hydraulic and electric brake systems; HVAC; electrical systems.
• Operate and drive vehicles safely; use diagnostic tools effectively.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on fleet equipment.
• Do minor repairs as needed and document repairs in fleet software.
• Conduct basic diagnostics and troubleshoot fault codes.
• Collaborate with team members and maintain a courteous shop presence.
• Ensure safety and compliance in all fleet activities.
