Job summary

All Roads is seeking a Mobile Technician—Trucks in Dundalk, MD—to troubleshoot and repair hydraulic systems at customer sites. You’ll diagnose and fix heavy-duty equipment, perform electrical diagnostics, and provide accurate repair estimates while keeping detailed records.

This on-site role requires 5+ years hydraulic experience, a valid driver's license, and a strong customer-facing attitude; a safe, organized mobile workspace is essential as you represent All Roads on the road.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair hydraulic systems/components in the field.

• Apply current industry/technical updates to daily tasks.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized mobile work environment.
• Assist with additional duties as assigned.

Put your mechanical know-how in motion. All Roads/Hydra-lift is seeking a Heavy Duty Mobile Technician to troubleshoot and repair trucks and hydraulic systems at customer locations. If you’re a self-starter who solves problems on site and takes pride in delivering reliable, professional service, we want to hear from you.

Compensation & Schedule

• $25-40/hour (based on experience)
• Monday-Friday, with occasional Saturdays (hours may vary)
