Job summary

On-Site Health & Safety is seeking a Field Technician to respond to injuries on industrial worksites and perform health screenings, phlebotomy training, and incident documentation. Tuition assistance and paid in-house training let you add certifications while you're on the clock, and we operate in more than 20 states if you want to move.

This mobile role travels between sites with a take-home company vehicle and offers FT, PT, and PRN options with extra shifts paying bonuses.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age.
• Insurable under our motor vehicle policy: 3+ years driving history or documented defensive driving training.
• Pass a criminal background check, as permitted by law.
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen and remain compliant with ongoing testing.
• Willingness to travel between worksites and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Respond to workplace injuries and provide first aid.
• Complete incident reports and site documentation.
• Perform health screenings and testing.
• Perform phlebotomy after completing our certification pathway.
• Support worksite health and safety compliance.
• Be a steady, trusted presence for the crews you work with.
