Job summary

On-Site Health & Safety places a trained Field Technician on industrial worksites — construction, refineries, plants — to handle injury response, health screenings, and incident documentation. This is a mobile role, traveling between sites with a take-home company vehicle.

You can choose full-time, part-time, or PRN schedules, trade shifts, and pursue a path to phlebotomy certification through paid training and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• Minimum EMT/paramedic level certification required.
• Current LPN/LVN license considered a plus.
• Phlebotomy certification or training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to workplace injuries and provide first aid.
• Complete incident reports and site documentation.
• Perform health screenings and testing.
• Perform phlebotomy after certification pathway.
• Support worksite health and safety compliance.
