Job summary

On-Site Health & Safety places a trained Field Technician on industrial worksites – construction, refineries, plants – to handle injury response, health screenings, and incident documentation. Tuition assistance and paid in-house training let you add certifications while you're on the clock, and we operate in more than 20 states if you want to move.

This mobile role travels between sites rather than a fixed location, with a take-home company vehicle and options for full-time, part-time, or PRN

Qualifications

• Minimum clinical/field credentials matching listed roles.
• Relevant licensure or certification may be required by site.
• Ability to travel between worksites and work flexible hours.
• Pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Respond to workplace injuries and provide first aid.
• Complete incident reports and site documentation.
• Perform health screenings and testing.
• Perform phlebotomy after certification pathway.
• Support worksite health and safety compliance.
• Be a steady, trusted presence for the crews.
