Job summary

On-Site Health & Safety is seeking a Field Technician to support industrial worksites, including construction, refineries, and plants. The role is mobile, traveling between sites to provide injury response, health screenings, and incident documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21 or older.
• Insurable driving history or defensive driving training.
• Pass a criminal background check, as allowed by law.
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen and remain compliant with ongoing testing.

Responsibilities

• Respond to workplace injuries and provide first aid.
• Complete incident reports and site documentation.
• Perform health screenings and testing.
• Perform phlebotomy after completing our certification pathway.
• Support worksite health and safety compliance.
• Be a steady, trusted presence for the crews you work with.
