Responsibilities

• Read work orders and observe the truck to diagnose malfunctions.
• Perform mechanical repairs after a complete inspection and analysis.
• Record repair descriptions, model, and serial numbers on the work order.
• Obtain customer signatures and communicate repair needs and outcomes.
• Inspect protective guards, bolts, and safety devices and adjust as needed.
• Lubricate moving parts and drive the repaired truck to verify conformance.
• Represent Equipment Depot with professionalism and maintain vehicle cleanliness.
• Track scheduling with operations or service manager for routine maintenance.
• Submit time cards by 9:00 a.m. daily and coordinate dispatches from home if applicable.
