Terex is seeking a Mobile Field Service Technician to support our service team in Columbus, Ohio. You will travel to customer sites to repair, maintain, and install equipment, while ensuring safety and high quality service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in heavy machinery or utility equipment in a field service role.
• Additionally, 5+ years in a similar field is preferred.
• Able to pass an MVR, obtain and maintain a DOT qualification, and pass a background check and drug screening.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety protocols and company guidelines for a safe work environment.
• Repair and replace components of refuse collection vehicles and utility equipment, including electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections to maximize reliability and minimize downtime.
• Install, configure, and test new equipment at customer sites.
• Travel to customer locations in Ohio to provide on-site service.
• Maintain accurate records of service activities, repairs, and parts used.
