Job summary

Terex is seeking a Mobile Field Service Technician to join our South Georgia team. You will service and repair heavy equipment including aerial platforms and cranes, troubleshoot hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems, and manage travel to customer sites with a strong emphasis on safety and customer service.

The role requires a high school diploma, 2+ years of field service experience, and the ability to obtain a DOT qualification.

Qualifications

• Background in welding, electrical troubleshooting, hydraulics, diesel and mechanical repairs.
• 2+ years of field service experience on heavy machinery or utility equipment.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT qualification and pass pre-employment checks.
• Must be located in South Georgia and able to travel, climb ladders, and work varied hours.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety policies and procedures.
• Follow Terex values in daily work.
• Work on equipment such as truck mounted aerial platforms, digger derricks and cranes.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems.
• Manage own schedule and support customers with repairs.
• Utilize current technology to support field operations.
