Job summary

CraneWorks/RentalWorks in Southaven, MS is seeking a Field Service Technician to maintain and repair mobile rental/construction equipment and on-highway trucks at customer sites. You will troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems using OEM software and diagnostic tools, with travel to client locations as needed.

The role requires 3+ years of experience, a High School Diploma, a valid driver's license (CDL preferred), and willingness to work overtime and weekends while ensuring

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience repairing heavy equipment or similar machinery.
• Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Valid driver's license; CDL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment.
• Perform mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Document inspections, repairs, parts used, and service status.
• Communicate status and needs with customers and dispatch.
• Adhere to safety policies and applicable regulations.
