Qualifications

• Experience in trailer maintenance or mechanical repair preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable with mobile technology and digital work order systems (CMMS).
• Drug and alcohol free with commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on trailers and equipment.
• Complete basic mechanical repairs in the field.
• Conduct DOT inspections for safety and compliance.
• Log work using BAMCo’s CMMS and manage tasks.
