Job summary

All-Fleet-Inc is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain our fleet of vehicles, ensuring top condition for daily use.

You will perform routine maintenance, use diagnostic equipment, and document repairs. The role requires a high school diploma or automotive tech training, 3+ years of experience, and a valid driver's license. A flexible schedule including nights and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Formal automotive technical training or degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of vehicle maintenance and repair experience.
• Proficient with diagnostic equipment and tools.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must be willing to invest in own tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on our fleet of vehicles, including engine repairs and brake systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Communicate with the maintenance supervisor to discuss repair options and timelines.
• Keep accurate records of all repairs and maintenance work performed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Complete work orders and other required documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
• Meet safety requirements and maintaining safety standards at all times.
