BAMCo is seeking a reliable and self-motivated Field Service Technician to perform preventative maintenance (PMs), basic repairs, and DOT inspections on customer fleets. This is a customer-facing role requiring professionalism, technical skill, and strong time management. You’ll be the face of BAMCo on job sites—trusted to deliver high-quality service with safety, accuracy, and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance services on trailers and equipment
• Complete basic mechanical repairs in the field
• Conduct DOT inspections to ensure safety and compliance
• Use BAMCo’s CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to log work and manage tasks
• Maintain a daily schedule and communicate clearly with dispatch and customers
• Represent BAMCo professionally while on customer worksites
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized service vehicle
