Job summary

AgriVision Equipment Group and PrairieLand Partners is seeking a Mobile Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain customer and dealer-owned equipment in the Abilene, KS area. You will report to the Service Manager and frequently operate away from the dealership to service a range of heavy equipment.

The role requires solid knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, a valid driver's license, and a commitment to safety and customer service in variable outdoor

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of service repair experience preferred.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems on off-road/construction equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs repairs and maintenance, often away from the dealership, using proper tools and procedures.
• Follows Technical Manual procedures during maintenance and repairs.
• Maintains communication with customers regarding work performed.
• Participates in required training to advance skills.
• Keeps vehicles, AVE-PLP tools, and personal tools in good condition and organized.
• Completes all reports and forms associated with work assignments.
