Job summary

PrairieLand Partners, LLC seeks a Service Technician – Mobile to diagnose, service, and repair customer and dealer-owned equipment away from the dealership. Reports to the Service Manager and participates in ongoing training.

You will work with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, communicate with customers, and maintain tools and safety standards while ensuring high service quality.

Qualifications

• Must hold a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have three or more years of mandatory service repairs.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted year for year.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostics, service repairs, and maintenance, often away from the dealership.
• Follows technical manuals when servicing machines.
• Maintains contact with customers about work performed.
• Participates in mandatory training to advance skills.
• Keeps knowledge current on John Deere and competitive products.
• Maintains tools, equipment, and a clean, safe work area.
