Job summary

KeyMe Locksmiths is seeking a Field Sales Technician in Atlanta to blend customer-facing sales with hands-on automotive work. You will engage customers, promote our services, and cut and program keys on-site, with training provided. Prior automotive interest or experience is a plus.

You’ll travel to various worksites and support the van and equipment as needed. We offer a base of $24/hour with uncapped commission, plus benefits and training.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, enthusiastic, and comfortable talking with customers in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Hands-on, tech-savvy, and willing to learn new technical skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working independently.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Available to work a variable schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Able to travel to different worksites.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and promote KeyMe’s on-the-spot car key duplication service.
• Explain our services, build trust, and close sales.
• Cut, clone, and program automotive keys, fobs, and remotes across a variety of makes and models.
• Troubleshoot basic cutting and programming issues.
• Test keys for accuracy and functionality before handoff.
• Provide a positive customer experience from start to finish.
• Set up and maintain the van, equipment, tools, and inventory.
