KeyMe Locksmiths is seeking a Field Sales Technician to join our team in Atlanta. You will combine customer-facing sales with hands-on automotive work, represent KeyMe, engage customers, promote services, and cut and program automotive keys on the spot.

Experience with automotive key cutting/programming is a plus, but full training is provided. A strong interest in cars or auto industry experience is desirable, and you’ll travel to different worksites as needed.

Formación

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Available for a variable schedule, including weekends/holidays.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Background check required.

Responsabilidades

• Engage customers and promote KeyMe’s on-the-spot car key duplication service.
• Explain services, build trust, and close sales.
• Cut, clone, and program automotive keys, fobs, and remotes across makes/models.
• Troubleshoot basic cutting/programming issues.
• Test keys for accuracy and functionality before handoff.
• Provide a positive customer experience from start to finish.
• Set up and maintain the van, equipment, tools, and inventory.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Field Sales Technician to join our team in a unique role that combines customer-facing sales with hands-on automotive work. You’ll represent KeyMe, engage customers, promote our services, and cut and program automotive keys on the spot.

Experience cutting and programming automotive keys is a plus, but not required! We provide full training and a willingness to learn are key. A strong interest in cars or experience in the automotive industry (parts, service, or sales) is also a plus.

We’ve seen success from people coming from a variety of backgrounds, including automotive, locksmith, retail, and sales.

What You’ll Do

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Available to work a variable schedule, including weekends and holidays. Schedule and days off may vary based on business needs.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Able to travel to different worksites
• Must pass a background check.
