Job summary

BPI Medical seeks a Mobile Operations Supervisor to lead a distributed repair team across multiple states, ensuring high quality, cost-effective instrument repair, scheduling, and sales support. This role oversees operations, budgeting, and mobile program improvements while coordinating training and logistics for the Mobile Department.

The position requires travel, strong leadership, and proactive customer engagement to grow revenue and improve service delivery in a dynamic medical environment.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead a field service/repair team and drive performance.
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction and field operations.
• Experience coordinating sales visits, training, and mobile service programs.
• Ability to balance operations, cost controls, staffing, and scheduling for multiple states.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Mobile Repair Technicians and oversee repair quality and timelines (KPIs).
• Coordinate territory deployment, customer visits, and mobile trials.
• Prepare pricing proposals and respond to price quote requests and RFPs.
• Maintain CRM records, schedules, and reporting; ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Lead vendor credentialing and keep teams updated on training and equipment.
