Job summary

QUEST DIAGNOSTICS INC. seeks a seasoned BME Supervisor to coordinate daily BME operations, perform hands‑on troubleshooting, and mentor technicians while ensuring service quality and regulatory compliance across lab instrumentation.

As a senior on‑site resource, you will lead troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and complex repairs of analyzers, automation, robotics, and track systems, with collaboration across internal teams and vendors. Travel to sites is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree BA/BS in Engineering or related sciences (Required).
• Master’s Degree MS in Biomedical Engineering (Preferred).
• English (Required).
• Travel Required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all aspects of BME daily operations at assigned site.
• Review, audit, and participate in problem diagnosis, repair, preventive maintenance, and quality assurance of equipment.
• Participate in development of annual goals for the BME team.
• Lead BME projects and hiring/termination/scheduling of staff.
• Provide hands‑on troubleshooting, maintenance and repair; mentor Biomedical technicians.
