Job summary

Automotive Technology Experts (ATE) mobilizes skilled technicians to deliver mechanical, diagnostic, programming and electrical services to Crash Champions locations, third party partners, and retail customers. This field-based role emphasizes ADAS calibration alongside traditional mechanical work.

You will travel daily in a company vehicle, perform diagnostics, programming, calibrations, and various repairs, and document work per OEM guidelines.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of automotive mechanical experience.
• I-CAR PL3 certification within 90 days of hire.
• ASE certification within 90 days of hire.
• Strong knowledge of ADAS, electrical systems, diagnostics, and calibrations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fast and accurate ATE service support to internal and external customers.
• Travel daily to assigned service locations in a company provided vehicle.
• Perform diagnostics, scanning, programming, calibrations, electrical diagnostics, wire and connector repair, and light to moderate mechanical services.
• Perform mechanical repairs including suspension, brakes, HVAC/A-C, dash removal, and airbag installation.
• Document services per OEM guidelines and obtain approvals prior to execution.
• Conduct test drives to verify system functionality and repair outcomes.
• Meet productivity, quality, and compliance standards.
• Stay current on ATE and OEM protocols through required training.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
